Hotel La Darsena suggests for gourmets a rich complete menu from first courses until desserts. There are two kinds of menus available for guests: the La Darsena menu, the menu à la carte; indeed, for those who want to celebrate their wedding, the hotel suggests a special wedding menu.

The “La Darsena” menu is the specialty of the restaurant, for minimum two people. It suggests as first course a risotto with crispy perch fillets. To remove the flavor of fish, a pink grapefruit and lime sorbet introduces a fillet of pork with asparagus and casera cheese, roast potatoes and season’s vegetables. Finally, the Darsena pot pourri dessert. The whole cost of this delicious meal is 45 euro.

The menu à la carte is divided into rich hors d’oeuvre, tasty first courses, savory main courses and unforgettable desserts. The costs are staggered according to the guest’s choice, however the appetizers and the first courses are about 15 euro, the main courses about 20 euro, while the desserts are about 9 euro.

The wedding offer of La Darsena Restaurant has three proposals which are different each other. However they have in common a rich aperitif with sparkling wine and pureed fruits, alcohol-free cocktail, Prosecco wine, white wine, mineral water, appetizers both hot and cold cooked by our chef.

The wines are selected from the cellar of the restaurant and they can be chosen according to the menu chosen among the three proposals. Brut champagne and Moscato Rosa can be combined with the wedding cake. The table centerpieces will be designed by the hotel La Darsena as well as the menu prints.
